Default Bed liner info needed

I've been reconsidering a modular bed liner (hard sides and rubber floor mat) with add on bed and tail gate rails verses the spray on liner I was leaning towards. Problem is I can't find anything for the extended cab. Duraliner and Dualiner are for full size Chevys and Fords. Other than one piece drop in liners does anything else exist? Squid got me thinking about the modular set-up. I think it really has some advantages.

I would never put the plastic type bed liner in I would go spray in all the way. Well worth the money. The plastic ones seem to rust and do more damage to your truck over the years.

Thanks Equator rmz4. I know the one piece do exactly as you say. Have had that experience myself. I was wondering if the modular might get around that. The spray ons seem great other than the denting that can still show up on the sides and wheel wells, but I guess that would have to be some very tough abuse to do that. I've heard LineX is the leader of spray ons. Any thoughts on other manufacturers?

LineX doesn't seem to fade like the Rhino did. Other then that I was happy with them both but I also tend to trade my truck every 3 to 4 years due to driving over 30,000 miles a year.

Looks like you can get the Duraliner by special order according to this link Fit My Truck so you might want to try contacting duraliner directly. http://www.durakon.com/go.aspx?WID=Products&sm=c52.0

Thanks Squid. They say they only offer the one piece liners. The modulars aren't available for Equators or Frontiers as of now. Think I'll go with the Line-X under the side rails, but will do the bulkhead rail. I think the caps look better on the rails than the spray. BAK and EGR both offer these. They are the same part #'s as the Frontier. However they say their tail gate caps won't work on the Equator because of the slight difference in the center molding on the Frontier. Suzuki parts is not yet offering caps for the extended cab either. I'll keep searching for one that might work on the tailgate.

I have the factory rino line in mine now it is the first rino line I ever had and I am not impressed at all with it. I had one done in a old truck of mine I believe it was teraflex?????? what it was is recycled tires and it layed on thick, and griped well. Best liner I ever had.

Equator rmz4 can you share what's disappointing about the Rhino? If it's over the side rails, how's that section holding up?

mine is not over the rails. I think it feels cheep and feels as it would dent and chip easy really has no "give" to it. It feels like concrete hard as hell and will chip off. the tereflex that I had was a rubber feel and would give a little felt much stronger than rino.

Rhino, will put an underlay down first if you want a softer finish product. It comes in several thicknesses. If you're crawling around in the bed it's a lot easier on the knees.
