Default OEM Style Fog Light Installation

Finally got the fog lights installed. Here's some info on how I did mine. This the first time for me to do a post like this, let alone figure out how to get it attached. Oh well, it's fun trying. Let me know what you think.

Has anyone seen the 2010's in the lots yet? None so far in my area.

Outstanding! That's next on my list.
Sorry I didn't respond to your personal message. I forwarded it to Squid as he's the "man".
Again, great job and super instructions...thanks.

Thanks for the kudos guys. When I went back to the attachment page, I noticed the file sizes changed for each format. I just changed it over to a pdf, and viola, it worked! Shoulda checked that out first, but again thanks for the support ambenisar.

I've bumped up all the formats and don't hesitate to speak up if you see something else that needs added, increased or changed. Still not seeing a lot of Equators on the road around here but that's the way it goes with a new model. I drove my Titan for well over a year back in 04 before I started seeing them on the road.

Excellent! I've been wanting to do this but was unsure which lights to order (chrome vs painted bumper...though I would have guessed the latter).

I've seen 2 other Equators on the road here...(one blue, one white, both Premium Extended cab).

The white one I suspect was the same one I test drove when I bought mine. (My dealer had 2 Equators when I was shopping...the white one was parked on the lot, the one I bought was off the showroom floor).

Thanks Obtuse, Besides making the front end look better, these lights do make quite a noticeable difference in lighting up the road, and these aren't even the high output type.

I was looking at your post on the nav system install. That looks really good. Is the electrical hook-up for this already in the dash or is it part of the kit? I couldn't find the install process on the net, but you say it was very easy? Did you take any pics when you had the dash cover off?

Electrical hookup simply involves tapping into one of the radio wires (12v switched....screw-on type wire tap was included).

There is a write up with instructions and pics over at ClubFrontier.org:
