Default Hypertech or Superchips

How many on this site modify their vehicles?
How many would like to be able to reprogram?
Which programmer do you prefer Hypertech or Superchips?
I am wanting to get a total number to whichever of the above programmer is preferred so maybe they will make one or modify the Frontier version to work on the Equator.
I miss the extra horse power and transmission improvements.
I prefer the Hypertech.
I figured if I can tell them they have several in just this forum maybe they will consider it.
Thanks

I understood that the engine/powertrain is identical in both trucks, so wouldn't a Frontier unit work for our truck?
Or are they different in some way?

All I know is I have a Superchips Flash Paq and it does not recognize the truck. I upload it to the website and there are no updates for my vehicle. I figured it wouldn't take much but I am not what the difference is. I had the CAI, TBS and Program on my 08 Frontier and it it was awesome. Nice throttle response keep it light on the pedal and I got 24-27 mpg on long trips
That is why I am trying to get the performance back. I just need a programmer.

Well Superchips has no plans ever to create a programmer.
Still waiting on Hypertech. Right now their programmer does not say it is for the 2010 Frontier.

Here is the link for a Product Request for Hypertech:
http://209.12.144.7/requests.php
The more they get the better chance we have.
So even if you don't one I would like it. So do me a favor and put in a request.

Request is in SuperEQ. Does the installation of one of these have any effect on the warranty?

You just have to program back to stock before take it in for any work.
1) I am not sure if they can tell it has been programmed but the manufacturer recommends it.
2) If they flash program for any reason it deprograms it and it runs about $100 bucks to get Hyper or Super to fix your programmer.
I was very impressed with the gains. You step on the gas and you are gone.
For a lot of vehicles it can take away the WOT set by the factory.

I put my 2 cents into hypertech. We as equator owners know they are the same as the frontier and how EASY it would be for them to change the frontier version to work on our trucks. IT WOULD ONLY PUT MORE COIN IN THERE POCKET TO DO SO. Sounds like a no brainer to me.

Sent them request number 2. We should all send them one a week and see if at least one of us could get a email back or something.
