Just picked it up a few days ago; found this forum today. Last month I didn't know Suzuki had pick up trucks, the local dealer had 2 sitting on the lot. Mine is a silver extended cab, V 6, automatic 4x4. I traded in a 2002 Ford Ranger I bought new, and the difference is amazing. The technology has really advanced.
My only question- are the "Equator " letters on the doors and tailgate glued on or like old cars were with drilled holes and retainers on the inside? 2 tailgate letters got damaged and need to be replaced by the dealer, but I am curious how much work that involves. In a few days after putting some miles on I will probably have some more questions and be looking for help - right now I'm very pleased. Jim |

Congrats on the new Equator and welcome to the group jimbob48.
My guess is the emblems are glued on. Heat guns and special adhesive dissolvers can be used in removing them. Looks like Equators are as rare in your part of NY as they are in my area of CA. |

And rare every where between... KS here. I have been from Oklahoma to Kansas City and from Wichita to Topeka twice and haven't seen one other Equator (except the Suzuki Dealership in south KC) in a month of ownership.
