2011 Equator brake noise

Ok - has anyone else seen this issue? When it is cold outside your brakes squeaking. I was told my the service depart at Suzuki that was a know issue due to the type of pad installed from the factory and once they get replaced they suggest a different type of pad?

Seems odd that is all.
